An American in Nagaland

An American in Nagaland is the first novel to have as a major sub-theme the fifty-year-old struggle fought by Naga nationalists in northeast India, a struggle the BBC characterizes as “the world's longest running conflict.”

Tom Farrell's An American in Nagaland is a truly brilliant work of fiction. It is suspenseful, stirring, and always absorbing ... a must-read for anyone interested in an intelligent, beautifully written and entertaining thriller. In a word, this is a terrific novel.

Enrico Garzilli, Author/Composer, Rage of the Heart and Michelangelo.

An American in Nagaland is a passionate novel of clashing cultures and conflicting generations. I am haunted by it.

Marc J. Seifer, Author, Wizard: The Life and Times of Nikola Tesla and Staretz Encounter.

Just finished reading An American in Nagaland ... a gripping story. I read it in one sitting. The karmic outcome was neatly underplayed throughout the whole story until the final denouement. I enjoyed the book.

Denning Powell, Author, Monkey Trap.
