Guidelines for Submitting a Book Proposal
-
We would like to have a tentative
descriptive title of the work and some information about
the subject matter, scope and intended purpose of your
manuscript.
-
You may send a completed manuscript
to us if you have it. If you do not yet have a
manuscript, please send us the introduction, table of
contents, chapter summaries, and if possible a completed
sample chapter that shows us the writing style,
organizational techniques, and documentation used.

Please keep a copy of the manuscript,
which you send to us, for yourself.

You will need to let us know whether
the book will require photographs, illustrations, maps etc.

Specify the length of your proposed
book, and the time you will take to submit the complete
manuscript if your proposal is accepted.

the proposed title:

Other publications already available on the same
subject are?

Has any part of your book been published
previously elsewhere?

Do you have written permissions to use material
that may be copyrighted, such as illustrations,
lengthy quotations from scholarly works,
quotations from fiction or poetry?

What audience do you see for your work?

Enclose a copy of your resume.

If your manuscript is accepted, you
would need to send us both a hard copy as well as a soft
copy of the the complete work.
